Tim Boone joined the Firm in 1986 and heads the Medical Malpractice Group. He currently serves as President of the Firm and has served both as Managing Partner and Senior Member of the Management Committee for almost 30 years. With a reputation for professionalism and integrity, Tim has almost 40 years of litigation experience, focusing on the defense of healthcare professionals. Recognized in the areas of medical malpractice and personal injury defense by Best Lawyers in America, Tim has represented some of the largest and most respected healthcare systems in America, and he is honored to have been given the opportunity to represent their interests in both litigation and nonlitigation matters. Representing public, private, and nonprofit hospitals, Tim has had the opportunity to work with industry leaders in their active medical legal cases, as well as assisting them with policy development and legislative efforts so they may better serve their patients in an ever-changing healthcare environment.

He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2008, having twice been named as Lawyer of the Year by that organization (Medical Malpractice Defense, Little Rock – 2017 and Insurance Law, Little Rock – 2018).
